Buzz Easter Cocktail
Buzz Restaurant in Rodney Bay has an irresistible charm! The garden is magical with outdoor dining beneath the canopy of an enormous tree, its trunk decorated with lights. The covered dining area is home to a display of paintings and photographs by local artists, changed every month, all pieces for sale. The bar invites you to loiter and soak up the atmosphere. And then there is the quality food and friendly, attentive service. Choose from appetizers and bar bites (the cheesy garlic bread is supreme!), salads and mains including meats and a wide selection of fish and seafood dishes. No wonder Buzz is consistently a favourite venue with residents and tourists.
Louis the bartender knows his stuff! Plus he’s full of interesting information about Saint Lucia, past and present. His tales of his childhood here are spellbinding! TT asked Louis to design an Easter cocktail. Taking his cue from the spring colours, this is his concoction:
1 shot of Vodka
1 shot of Blue Curaçao
1 shot of Triple Sec
1 shot of Peach Schnapps
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Pour over ice. Garnish with bougainvillea and a cherry.
