To begin the Land & Sea adventure, your friendly Lucian chauffeur and ambassador will collect you at your accommodation. If you’ve opted for a private tour, you’ll head to Castries next, but if you’re welcoming others into your tour family, you’ll first get quickly acquainted before heading to town.

The islands capital is where you’ll stop first. In Castries, your ambassador will have you

chuckling over some of the islands funnier historical moments as you explore the stunning Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception and view the infamous Derek Walcott Square.

Next stop will be Morne Fortune. You’ll get a splendid view of the island, be educated on architecture, and you’ll be offered complimentary local beverages including Piton beer, homemade juice and rum punch! Then, as you hop back into the bus, get ready to experience some homemade Lucian fish cakes and banana ketchup – to die for!

Before you know it, you’ve already arrived in Marigot Bay. Snap photos of the scenery

and explore the shops nearby while you sample a few local condiments. And if you find yourself drawn to the abundance of local rums on sale, make a request to visit the nearby distillery. Serenity’s accommodating staff will add a stop there for $4 USD, allowing you to indulge in unlimited local rum!

As you draw nearer to the home of the Pitons, Soufriere, your ambassador will take you through one of the largest banana plantations in the Windward Islands. While you’re educated on the islands main export, you’ll be given a banana to devour and offered more beverages to keep the vibes running high. Just don’t fill-up, lunch is next!

After a gorgeous drive through the mountains, you’ll arrive at Beacon Restaurant for a Creole buffet. Overlooking the Pitons, both your eyes and mouths will be tantalized as you enjoy the local feast.

Then, your last land stop – the world’s only Drive-In Volcano. Learn about all seven acres of boiling craters and get a guided tour through the grounds. It’s the closest you’ll ever get to a volcano!

To finish off your special day, Serenity Vacations & Tours has arranged for a boat ride back to the north. Onboard, prepare to party, enjoy the open bar and take in majestic views. And if you’re feeling the rhythm of the tropical music, partake in some dancing before and after making a stop in Anse Cochon for a dip in the ocean.
